Xreacher is outreach software that sends personalised DMs on X, LinkedIn and Telegram from many accounts at once, follows up automatically and gathers the replies in one inbox. Coldpitch does the part before that: it finds companies with a reason to hear from a marketer right now, works out who to talk to, and drafts one first message from what it actually found. You send it yourself. If you already know who to message and need to do it at volume, Xreacher is the stronger tool. If the hard part is knowing who to write to and what to say, that is what Coldpitch is for.

Where Xreacher is better
- Volume, done carefully. Campaigns run across several accounts with daily limits, sending windows, warmup and a proxy per account. Coldpitch has none of this, because it does not send.
- Follow-ups and replies. Automatic follow-up sequences, one inbox across every connected account, and an AI agent that can work a conversation toward a booked call.
- Measurement. Reply rates broken down by campaign, opener, sending account and list, so you can test angles instead of guessing. They also publish benchmarks from 43.7 million cold DMs.
- LinkedIn. Connection requests and follow-ups after acceptance. Coldpitch does not touch LinkedIn.
- You can use it today, with a free trial and a published price.
Where Coldpitch is different
- It decides who is worth a message. Xreacher's lists start from an audience: a competitor's followers, the people who engaged with a post, the members of a Telegram group. Coldpitch starts from something that happened to a company: it raised, it is hiring a marketer, it is sponsoring a conference, it just paid an X account for a promo post.
- It reads the company's own marketing before writing. Engagement, posting cadence, reach, and whether it already pays for promo. The message opens with what it finds there, or with the event itself.
- It finds the person, not the account. One message goes to whoever holds the most relevant role at that company, not to everyone on a list.
- It refuses to invent. Every claim in a draft is checked against what was actually found. If nothing specific was found, there is no message rather than a fluent one that is wrong.
- It does not send. That is deliberate. A handful of researched messages a day, sent from your own account, does not need proxies or spare accounts.
Which one to pick
Pick Xreacher if you already know your audience, for example the engagers of a competitor or the members of a niche Telegram group, and your bottleneck is running the campaign: volume, follow-ups, replies, testing.
Pick Coldpitch if you sell marketing services and your bottleneck comes earlier: which companies need you this month, who at each one to write to, and what to say that is true and specific to them.
They can sit in the same stack. Coldpitch's output is a short list of companies, each with a person, a reason and a draft. How you send it is up to you.
Xreacher's column comes from its own pages, xreacher.com/facts, xreacher.com/pricing, read on 4 October 2026. Prices and plans change, so check there before you decide. The Coldpitch column is how the product works today, in early access.
Questions people actually ask
Is Coldpitch an Xreacher alternative?
For part of the job. Both end in a cold DM on X or Telegram, but Xreacher runs the sending and Coldpitch does the research before it: which companies, which person, what to say. If you need campaign automation, Coldpitch does not replace it.
Does Coldpitch send DMs automatically?
No. It finds the company, the person and the reason, and drafts the message. You send it from your own account. Xreacher does send, with pacing and follow-ups built in.
Which is cheaper?
Xreacher starts at $67 a month for one account on each platform, with a 7-day free trial. Coldpitch has not published a price yet; it is in early access.
Does Coldpitch work on LinkedIn?
No. It finds people on X and Telegram. Xreacher covers LinkedIn as well.
Try Coldpitch and skip the manual part
It finds the accounts worth writing to, spots the weak point, digs out who to talk to on Telegram or X, and writes the first message from what it actually found. Less work than doing this by hand, and better leads at the end of it.
