Waiting list and account

The waiting list stores your email, signup date and referral page. Accounts also store your name, a password hash or Google sign-in identity, verification records and workspace membership. Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Verification and password recovery emails are separate from the launch mailing list.

Workspaces and research

Coldpitch stores workspace settings, products, company and professional contact information, discovery sources, message drafts, notes and the outreach history you record. Research may read public company websites, X and Telegram pages. Depending on the enabled research mode, relevant company information and prompts are sent to the configured LLM provider through OpenRouter, and to xAI for contact research. Browser research answers are stored in your workspace.

Public tools

Tools process the URLs, domains, usernames and text you submit. They may request the public pages needed to return an answer and cache results. Technical logs and request limits help operate the service and investigate errors. Do not submit secrets or confidential documents.

Providers and visits

Hosting and database infrastructure process the application data. Resend delivers email when configured; Google handles Google sign-in. AI requests go to the providers configured for the workspace. DataFast sets no cookies and counts page visits without joining them to your email. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.

Retention and removal

Workspace data stays until you delete the workspace or request removal. Deletion stops new work and removes its operational records. Sending-limit and paid-usage audit records and waiting-list suppression records may remain to prevent repeated contact; backup copies remain until they are rotated. Providers apply their own retention policies.

Waiting-list emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing keeps a suppression record so a later import cannot add you back. To request a copy, correction or deletion of account data, reply to a Coldpitch email. Never include your password or verification code.
